ROSSY starts down the road to her debut EP with epic single, “KARMA” with Jazz Cartier

It was amazing to see that Russian come up. When her talent was first recognized in 2020, she was awarded a spot on the Artists To Watch 2021 list, and she didn’t disappoint. Headline festival slots, support for GRiZ at Another World a couple weeks ago, some fiery releases have proven to be a hit, and with her first headlining show in Los Angeles next month, it’s the perfect time to drop the first single from her debut EP, Heaven’s Gate.

With the recent resurgence of the creative trap, there couldn’t be a better time for Rossi to go on to new single, “Karma” with Jazz Cartier. Soaring synths and power-packed drums are paired with a truly antagonistic melody that you definitely want to hear as loud as possible.

“I reached out to Jazz to work together on the track, and it was a blessing,” says Rossi. I got vocals from it, and the phrase ‘come tell me how you really feel’ really stuck in my mind, especially as a woman in the industry who’s used to constantly proving myself more than my male counterparts and have people suspect me behind my back. You know, ‘come on and say it’ In my face.” From there, the name “Karma” came to me—what goes around will always come back. Overall, I love this track because it screams Rossi: equal parts banging bangs and melody with a hint of grit.

Stay tuned for more singles from Heaven’s Gate Coming soon, but go listen to “KARMA” now!
