Austin Psych Fest has unveiled its 2024 lineup, headlined by Courtney Barnett, The Black Angels, Alvvays, and Kurt Vile and the Violators.
Hosted by Levitation, the annual ATX gathering will return to its single-venue format at The Far Out Lounge in South Austin on the weekend of April 26th through the 28th.
Three-day and single-day passes will be on sale for the general public on Friday (December 15th) at 10 a.m. CT via Levitation’s ticket website. A pre-sale for Levitation 2023 and Austin Psych Fest 2023 attendees goes live at the same link on Thursday (December 14th) at 10 a.m. CT. Fans can also look for deals or get tickets to sold-out days via StubHub, where your purchase is 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s Fan Protect program.
Courtney Barnett will headline the opening day of the festival (Friday, April 26th), with other acts such as Chicano Batman and Psychedelic Porn Crumpets also performing.
Saturday (April 27th) will be headlined by Austin psych heroes The Black Angels and has an apparent “Witch” theme, with All Them Witches, Witch (featuring J Mascis), Frankie and the Witch Fingers, Earthless, and L.A. Witch, among others, also set to play.
Lastly, the final day (Sunday, April 28th) will see performances by Canadian indie-rock stalwarts Alvvays and Kurt Vile & the Violators. Other acts include Dehd, Yellow Days, Still Corners, and more.
